Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: March 12, 2026

1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until then.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Once a billing cycle has begun, the charge for that period is non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of service errors, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
