We collect the following categories of information:
- Account Information
- Email address — obtained through Google Sign-In. Display name and profile image — set by the user within the app. Timezone — automatically obtained from device information.
- Task and Review Data
- Task details (title, description, criteria), evidence submissions (text and uploaded images/files), review messages, and rating comments.
- Payment Information
- Stripe account identifiers, card brand and last 4 digits, card expiration date, subscription status, point and reward balances, and payout history. Full card numbers are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Device Information
- Push notification tokens (FCM), device type, and last active timestamp.
- Usage Data
- Referee availability time slots and matching history.
3. Purpose of Use
We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To authenticate users and manage accounts
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Peppercheck service
- To process payments and referee payouts
- To send push notifications about task updates and matching results
- To respond to inquiries and provide support
- To ensure safety, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms of service
4. Third-Party Services
We share information with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the app:
- Google (Sign-In)
- Email and profile information for authentication.
- Stripe
- Payment method and account information for payment processing and referee payouts.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Device tokens for delivering push notifications.
- Supabase
- All user data for backend storage and authentication.
5. Data Storage and Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).

- Request deletion of your data
