Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Peppercheck ("the Service"), operated by CloveClove ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Peppercheck is a peer referee platform that allows users to create tasks and have them reviewed by other users. The Service includes subscription plans that provide monthly points for task creation, a referee matching system, and a payout system for referees.

3. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Provide false or misleading information in tasks, reviews, or account details
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CloveClove and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-submitted content (tasks, evidence, reviews) remains the property of the respective users, but you grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloveClove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

8. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
